We offer professional in-home therapeutic massage services, including but not limited to:

3. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We confirm all reservations by phone or email. Payment can be made in cash or by transfer at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the service value.

No Show

In case of not showing up for the appointment without prior notice, 100% of the scheduled service value will be charged.

To ensure the safety of all our clients and therapists, it is important that you inform us about any relevant medical conditions before your session:

  • Recent injuries or chronic medical conditions
  • Allergies to oils, lotions, or products used in massages
  • Pregnancy or any condition that may affect treatment

The prices of our services are clearly specified on our website and may vary depending on the type of massage and session duration.

Payment is made at the time of service in cash or by bank transfer. We do not accept credit card payments at home.

Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, but the agreed price at the time of booking will always be respected.

We completely respect your privacy. All personal and medical information you share with us will be treated confidentially and used only to provide the best possible service.

We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our massage services are for relaxation and general wellness purposes. They do not substitute professional medical treatment. If you have specific medical conditions, consult with your doctor before receiving a massage.

We are not responsible for injuries that may occur as a result of incomplete or inaccurate medical information provided by the client.
